[WEBINAR]

October 22, 2020 | 9 am PT / 12 pm ET

Boards of Directors are paying closer attention to pay equity as part of the movement to expand the scope of social responsibility reporting. Are you prepared to discuss pay equity strategy and trends? More importantly, is your company prepared to discuss actions taken?

In this upcoming webinar, we discuss the topics our customers regularly ask about as they prepare for their own board meetings. As their trusted partner, we're enabling our customers to have meaningful discussions with the Board, including:

  • What is causing our pay gap, and how do we fix it? How do we embrace lasting change?
  • How are we progressing, especially relative to the goals we've set? What work is left to do, and how do we identify it?
  • Does pay inequity impact employee retention and engagement?
  • What action do the insights and analyses inform?

...and so much more. If you have similar questions about your organization's progress towards fairness at work, we'd love to have you join us. Fill out the form to register!
