She has been fortunate enough to hold roles that have given her a wide range of experience in marketing, from retail strategy to product marketing for tech solutions. She considers herself a problem solver and an activator, with the ability to identify areas of opportunity, identify effective target audiences, compelling messaging strategies, and devise a plan to move the needle forward on any product or service. Dan KramerDan is Vice Chair of Calastone with responsibility for expansion of business in the Americas. Dan joined Calastone in 2019, from BNY Mellon, where he held the position of EVP and Chief Client Experience Officer, managing all stages of customer experience across client service, insight and strategy. Prior to this, he spent eight years at JP Morgan Chase as Head of Fund Services. In his earlier career, Dan was EVP of Institutional Equities at Thomson Reuters (previously Thomson Financial), Global COO of DWS Investments, Managing Director at Merrill Lynch and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley.
He is a Trustee and Treasurer of the Tenement Museum in NYC.
Dan plays and active role in promoting gender diversity in Industry. In recognition of his efforts and achievements, he was awarded the 2018 Champions of Women in Business Award by the Financial Times.
