Susan is the Founder, CEO and Principal Strategist at Exaqueo. As CEO and Principal Brand Strategist, she shares her time between leading our business, and strategic consulting with our global F500 clients. At exaqueo, she has worked directly with senior leaders at organizations including T-Mobile, CVS Health, BCG, and Lyft. Her work at exaqueo includes creating the Whole Self Model, pioneering the concept of source of influence over source of hire, and creating the industry’s next generation candidate experience model.
Sharawn Connors Tipton
Sharawn is Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Micron Technology. She is a global Diversity and Inclusion leader driving strategy, high-impact initiatives, and operations to maximize shareholder value and attainment of business goals. She has experience leading Diversity and Inclusion, Exec. Compensation, Global Compensation and Benefits, Global Mobility, HR Communications, HR Mergers and Acquisitions, HR Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and HRIS. With a passion for education and coaching, Sharawn also serves as a business adjunct professor and as a mentor to first generation and underrepresented college students. She is also an advocate for affordable housing and quality elder care for underrepresented groups in her hometown, Oakland, CA.
For over 15 years Tisha has been a leader in the employer brand & marketing space both as a consultant and in-house practitioner for big and small brands including T-Mobile, Marriott, and Starbucks. A marketer at heart, she loves the employer brand space because she gets to sell livelihood, career growth, company culture and new job opportunities—all of which have the potential to change lives, families and communities for the better, and especially so when pay is fair and equal. She most recently joined the corporate relations team at Zillow to bring the power of earned media to employer brand strategy and create dedicated employer brand and recruitment marketing teams for the company. Her team has responsibility for managing Zillow’s employer narrative and reputation across a variety of communications platforms, and publishes Zillow’s pay equity data externally each year.
