January 25, 2022 | 9 am PT / 12 pm ET

It’s no wonder so many companies are increasing their focus on DEI&B. Research shows that employees who work in a high fairness environment perform 26% higher than those who don’t and are 27% less likely to quit. And with the Great Resignation upon us, keeping employees engaged and retained is critical. But despite widespread investments in DEI&B initiatives, only 18% of employees say they work in such an environment.

So how do you create fairness that moves the needle for your workers? Our panel of experts will discuss best practices for embedding equity throughout the employee experience.

In this webinar, you will learn how to:

  • Establish interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes that overcome bias
  • Create a culture that ensures equitable opportunities for learning and advancement
  • Measure fairness at every stage of the employee lifecycle
