Episode 2: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion [On Demand]

Aired on August 26, 2020 | 9 am PT / 12 pm ET

In this episode of Fairness at Work, Syndio CEO Maria Colacurcio, along with Lionel Lee (Head of Diversity Engagement at Zillow Group) and Kim Vu (Global Head of Diversity, Equity + Inclusion at Remitly), discuss how The Black Lives Matter movement has again brought DE&I front and center for many company leaders.

Just about everyone made a statement, but how do we take those statements beyond performative activism? At best, the BLM movement will create lasting, systemic change, inside and outside of companies. But some advocates agree it will take a concerted push while company leaders are focused on the movement and DE&I.
